I have a Netgear R7000 with DD-WRT firmware 'DD-WRT v3.0-r51362 std (01/16/23)' and KPN IPTV playback is not working and get error 'STB-zap-03 / 3 - HAL layer'.

R7000 WAN port is connected to a LAN port on the KPN Experiabox v10 modem.
KPN Experiabox v10 modem WAN port is connected to NTU for FTTH.

I use a Netgear GS308EPP switch and has VLAN 1U and 4U configured for all ports. Internet and KPN IPTV is working this way.

If I use the default firmware from Netgear there are no problems with IPTV, everything including playback is working. If I use the DD-WRT firmware then I can't playback. Same infrastructure, nothing changed, only the firmware. The 'problem' is somewhere in the DD-WRT firmware, but I can't find what it is. I tried a lot of things including changing configuration via SSH and each time I reset to factory defaults/re-flashed firmware. I think I have to search it in 'Switch Config' or 'Networking' section, perhaps changing things via SSH...

Can someone help me to resolve this problem? I want to use the DD-WRT firmware because I want to use OpenVPN for split tunneling with ports.
