That does more look like a crash than a warning.

I will notify the authorities, it could well be taken care of already Smile

Hello
After r50927 TX power has 28dBm max value.
That is how it should be?

I have dir878a1 and dir882a1 with the same soc.
That is how it should be?
Because actually TX power can be bigger than 28 dBm.

If you set it to 30 and reports 28 than this is the max that the wifi amp could provide..try changing the country domain to CANADA or HAITI and check again...
No all routers or radio amps are sharing the same capabilities...also some vendors limit the TX power, due to some other requirements and limitations...in some countries...

No.
I mean that there have been changes in DD WRT.
Max were 30dBm, now 28dBm.

maybe here -> https://svn.dd-wrt.com/changeset/50934

Yes, it may be that the WLAN settings used to show 30dB, but the screenshot of the status screen shows that the device was only transmitting at 28dB.

And your other screenshots from the FCC measurements show that the router only manages 28dB on channel 6.

This happened after 50963 (max 28dBm).
50927 has 30dBm at max.

FCC says 789mW, but 28dBm is 630mW(decrease about 25%), maybe with official firmware.

yes, and as you can see, the router manages a maximum of 28dB and only at 20mhz and on channel 6

all other measurement results are far from this

So I have no idea why you are complaining that 30dB is not available if the router doesn't manage 30dB anyway...

You can set a lot, but that doesn't mean that the router can actually transmit at that level.

You have to prove that the transmission power is actually lower - otherwise nobody will care.
