So I have a really weird problem, everything was fine until I tried using a different VPN server like I have many times before and it wouldn't connect. After resetting everything and even rolling back my build I still couldnt connect.

After much trial and error I see that my LOCAL PRIVATE KEY keeps changing to my routers password...

I can click "Generate Key" and get a new LOCAL PUBLIC KEY but my LOCAL PRIVATE KEY always reverts back to the password of my router. I can actually see it generate a longer obfuscated key, then it shortens and when I hover its my router PW again. I really do not understand what is going on here, any ideas?

Thanks!

Start with telling what build number and what router you are using.

Two things come to mind:
Your browser is playing tricks, use Firefox, clear browser cache and use incognito mode and no extensions.
You have corrupt or maxed out nvram, so check you NVRAM usage on Status tab and consider resetting to defaults and put settings in manually.

I think I found the issue, and you are on the right track...

I disabled my KeePassXC browser extension and started form scratch and rebuilt the tunnel... IT WORKED!

Upon further testing I see it is trying to insert my router login credentials on those fields in "Tunnels". When I clicked "apply settings" when I was switching servers it applied those.

So in summation, it was KeePassXC browser extension

Edit: To add, you can disable KeePass on just that page under the extensions settings > Site Preferences and adding "http://192.168.1.1/eop-tunnel.asp" and click "disable all features". It may be better to disable altogether though.
