The first partition is slightly larger.
There was a range of builds a few years back that were too large for the second partition. (I don't have my notes on this computer to check the exact range of builds.)
You don't need to go back to 2017. Most of my similar routers began life on 38159, flashed from the factory build. Try that and then use the webflash.bin file to leap to the current build. _________________ 2x Netgear XR500 and 3x Linksys WRT1900ACSv2 on 53544: VLANs, VAPs, NAS, station mode, OpenVPN client (AirVPN), wireguard server (AirVPN port forward) and clients (AzireVPN, AirVPN, private), 3 DNSCrypt providers via VPN.

The range of larger builds were from 2019 and these progressively became larger the first eight months.
This has not been an issue since, as build sizes are now far below DD-WRT's upper limit for any partition.
