I am trying to set up a swap partition on my R7800, but it appears the firmware doesn't automatically recognise it and if I use swap-utils in Entware, I get the error 'swapon failed: Function not implemented' when I try and enable the partition.
Any help on this would be amazing as I appear to be running out of memory when trying to use MariaDB.
My USB settings look like the below and it seems to work. _________________ __________________________

Very strange. Yes, my USB is partitioned up correctly using Gparted, and the automount does mount the swap partition as Swap, but when I use the command 'free' it shows nothing.
I had no issues with swap partitions on my old WRT54G-TM, but for whatever reason I don't seem to be able to get it to work with my R7800.

I think you're right. My screenshots before were from a different model. From a similarly configured R7800, I see the same thing you do. _________________ __________________________

I saw this thread and asked BS to enable it if there were no technical reason to prevent it, most especially since it will be nice to find out if wordpress can be installed in the end.
It will likely be a later public build than 49795, anything higher will include it.
You also have the possibility if more space is required to use CIFS automount (Admin tab), for instance if you have a samba server elsewhere on your network and want to use the share directly in DD-WRT for whatever reason like storage.
