I have set up an HTTPS connection on a TP-link 740n router, I can't connect in the browser. I have attached the error message. It cannot find a certificate. What is the solution?
TP-Link TLWR 740n v4 router and DDWRT v 3.0-r49599

Show the setup screenshot for Setup tab / Basic setup subtab
and to make sure show also the HTTPS web interface setup screenshot at Administration tab / management subtab
Since dd-wrt certificate is self signed the secure connection error will show, but it can be ignored, self signed certificates arent trusted by browsers, so you need to add exclusion browser side.

Then I assume you clicked APPLY after the fact and that you haven't allowed the browser the exclusion due to self signed certificate.
Again you an ignore the site isnt secure nonsense, but you need to add an exclusion. The browser page as you shown should allow you to do this somewhere. Also each time you upgrade you will need to rinse and repeat as certificates are regenerated.
"Click "get certificate" and then "confirm security exception"."
--> I clicked on it and it gave me the error message:
"No Information Available and unable to obtain identification status for this site.

I tried it, but it doesn't work in any other browser. Chrome won't let you add an exception, there is no option to set one.
If you cant and that doesnt show up, then we can help you, this is not a DD-WRT issue.
All browsers simply must, so if you cant look for reason in your setup.
Also very weird claims that Other browsers behave the same.
