Welcome to Marvell r49212 beta release thread for reporting, feedback to developers and community benefit.
Please do not flash builds until installation is understood, risks involved and device specificrecovery methods.
Avoid discussions, create threads for questions, general problems or use search; this thread is not for support.
Please list router model & revision, operating & wireless mode(s) and exact filename/firmware image flashed.
Issues, observations, and/or workarounds reported:
• WebUI: Clear history or use a portable. Temporary cache bypass: Ctrl+F5, Cmd+Shift+R or new private window/incognito.
• Please report findings with steps needed to reproduce, configuration, clients, output, logs and important information below!
Important:
• Detail issues & relevant configs, logs: syslog klog 'dmesg' 'cat /tmp/var/log/messages' nvram set console_debug=1, serial.
• Firewall NAT: 'iptables -vnL' 'iptables -t nat -vnL' 'iptables -t mangle -vnL' & 'cat /tmp/.ipt'. Misc: stracetcpdumpwireshark.
• Gremlins: reboot. cold boot. Reset & reconfigure not restore backup. Search Trac & discuss in forum before opening tickets.
• Include operating & wireless modes (e.g. Gateway, Router, AP, CB, WDS, Mesh) and applicable configurations to reproduce.
Intro: This build also seems to be running perfectly on my WRT1900ACS v1 but not quite as well on my WRT1900 ACS v2. The 5 GHz wifi issue that I noticed 2 builds back is still hindering the ACS v2. Syslogs attached for the second and third reboots, where 5 GHz worked on the second reboot but not on the third reboot.
Router/Version: Linksys WRT1900ACS v1 / DD-WRT v3.0-r49212 std (06/16/22)
File/Kernel: CLI webflash / Linux 4.9.318 #3272 SMP Thu Jun 16 04:26:25 +07 2022 armv7l
Previous/Reset: r49139 / No
Mode/Status: Gateway, DNSmasq, OpenVPN Client, FreeRADIUS Server, VLANs, VAPs, WPA3 / Uptime 5:29
Issues/Errors: No issues or unexpected errors so far. Running well, thanks!
Router/Version: Linksys WRT1900ACS v2 / DD-WRT v3.0-r49212 std (06/16/22)
File/Kernel: CLI webflash / Linux 4.9.318 #3272 SMP Thu Jun 16 04:26:25 +07 2022 armv7l
Previous/Reset: r49139 / No
Mode/Status: Gateway, DNSmasq, OpenVPN Client, FreeRADIUS Server, VLANs, VAPs, WPA3 / Uptime 1:41
Issues/Errors: No *new* issues or unexpected errors so far, but this one's still having an issue with 5 GHz wifi not broadcasting at least one out of every few reboots, which I first noticed with build r49139 after a hiatus with the v2 router while I'd been primarily using the v1 router for the past month or so. Attached are two syslogs, both for this same v2 router, where the first syslog was a reboot where 5 GHz was working ("Up") but the second syslog was a reboot where 5 GHz was not working ("Down"). I gave it a couple of hours after that but no change.
I'm in a urban environment with dozens of APs all around, some fixed but many mobile and/or intermittent (e.g., personal hotspots, casting, etc.), so I do use Auto Channel. I also use relatively low power here.
In the Up syslog where 5G worked, autochannel correctly picked the channel with the highest quality (freq:5785 qual:96).
But in the Down log where 5G did not work, autochannel seems to have picked a channel with a much lower quality (freq:5240 qual:80) despite that it tested many others with significantly higher quality (e.g., qual:93).
OK, this is getting even stranger... Although two devices can't see any 5GHz broadcast at all from the v2, a third device saw it at full strength momentarily but then it disappeared. _________________ My DD-WRT Routers:

Thanks Joker! That App's much better for specifically wifi than the one I had. It looks like my problem is literally too many neighbors' devices on all the easy channels. I found a few channels that are seemingly not in use and permitted for this regulatory domain per https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_WLAN_channels, but they're missing from the dd-wrt wireless channel pulldown. I'm trying to remember if I ever knew how to assign one from the command line...
EDIT: I guess that wasn't the problem. Even with fixed channel 144 where no other radios are currently operating, the first reboot had no detectable broadcast on 5 GHz again.
EDIT #2: I currently suspect the hit or miss 5 GHz on reboot is either hardware and/or a race condition. I tried swapping all antennas between the two units, but while the ACSv1 continues to work perfectly, the ACSv2 intermittently boots without broadcasting 5 GHz although its status page still claims everything's honchi-dori. _________________ My DD-WRT Routers:

Me too, I have a WRT3200ACM, last night I flashed (coming from stock FW) r49212 and started having wifi issues inmediately, both bands, 2.4G and 5G.
Symptom is, wifi just disconnects after 2 or 3 min and can't inmediately reconnect, it asks for PW again in my android. perhaps after 2 o 3 min it reconnects again by itself.
Turning it off and on again also "fixes" it momentarily.
I've been out of the loop for a while, what do you recommend I should do? should I try another build? which one? or should I try diagnose the issue? if so, how?
For both "how"s, could anyone point me in the right direction with some guidance/links on what to read and catch up? I'm not asking for everything on a silver plate, just general guidance to catch up on the current concensus on how to troubleshoot this wifi issue and/or how to choose the best fw version for my device and requirements (stability mainly).
Thanks!

The only two commits that glaringly apply here are a kernel update and merge from the internal development tree; I presume that the latter was already in use for previous builds - how far back, is uncertain.
The only way to determine if any of that is the problem, though is to either roll back or examine used wifi settings to see if the settings are amiss and it is nothing to do with underlying code changes. _________________ "The woods are lovely, dark and deep,

I'm a dumbass. It would seem the issue was solved performing the following steps. Somehow I didn't read or skipped that part.
Next, setup Wireless Settings & Security. Wireless Tab – Wireless Security Sub-Tab. From the ‘Security Mode’ drop-down menu select WPA2 Personal and in ‘WPA Algorithms’ menu choose AES.
In ‘Shared Key’ enter your choice for a WiFi Password.
