i can run VPN inside the VPN on another router and VPN server i can even run a tor node...but its up to a VPN provider...i guess...
running VPN on your router will run for all the clients using
the router...unless you use policy based routing..but some VPN providers do not allow second instance at the same time..

mine allows 5 Razz

the other strange thing i see on your pictures is...your
router subnet(DHCP Pool) starts with 10.x.xx ... is this a VPN requirement..

also you must turn the killswitch on too...
tick the box

in this way it will prevent from VPN leaks..

It's NOT clear to me either what the OP wants here.

If you insist on accessing your workplace VPN (presumably configured on your PC/laptop), it's entirely possible your employer's VPN will NOT accept access from certain public IPs controlled by the VPN configured on the router! For security reasons, any admin for the employer worth his salt is going to filter out geolocations they assume to be NOT appropriate for their employees.

Of course, I'm assuming here the PC/laptop VPN can't get connected. If it does get connected but fails to work, that's a different story.

There is company VPN on my PC and it is limited to one location, so I tried to set up a VPN on the router to change the location

I don't think that you can bypass that preset exit geolocation of your employer's VPN exit point, for security reasons it should be a trusted endpoint controlled by the employer, otherwise its kind of a moot security feature, but who knows, in House IT guys have been known to use company resources for other ends, which is what you seem to wanna do. cof.
