Can anyone direct me to a link of the r6200 v1 firmware? The link for MyOpenRouter seems to be dead. I have been searching everywhere, but all links point to MyOpenRouter.
All, thanks to some help from a fellow forum member, I was able to secure an r6200 v1 firmware image. In lieu of the MyOpenRouter link no longer being available, I have uploaded the file to share with anyone in need.
Does this work for the v2?? New to DD-WRT looking to play around goina use on an older router first before using on the house main router
No, don't use the file I posted for the v2. You want one of the images from myopenrouter.com for that model. If you try to flash the image I posted from a stock image, you probably will find it doesn't work. Most images contain information on model they support, which is then checked by the stock FW for compatibility. I found that resetting the stock image to defaults, flash a DD-WRT image, perform the 30/30/30 reset, then before you even think of configuring anything issue the 'erase nvram' or 'nvram erase' command. Issuing the command above from an SSH session after this install procedure is the only way to ensure a solid install. Check the below thread for more information that is essential for learning the dd-wrt ropes.

After 9 years or so of waiting... R6200v1 (MIPS) should be officially supported in the next public release; have not seen any commits for the v2 (ARM) yet. Supported devices wiki will be updated as soon as the firmware is public.
