Hello HowardZ, can you please share the link of the firmware you have used. I have the same problem with WL-500gp v2. I can only find .bin file for linksys models...

You do realize you are asking a guy that his most recent post in these boards was in 2013?

You will not get a reply, person doesn't look active, and also this thread is 50 million years old, so please open a new topic, state your router model and version and dd-wrt version of the firmware you are currently running.

As stated twice in this thread, the .trx is the "factory-to-ddwrt" file for these; upgrades require the generic.bin files. The device wiki doesn't specifically concur with this, but I found this thread that shows an initial flash procedure for the v1 which I presume may also apply to the V2 (needs confirmation before I make any wiki edits!).
