You dont need to reinstall windows.
I dont know, if you disabled Windows firewall and tftp didnt work with the settings explained on the first link, then IDK.
What I can suggest is maybe you create a Linux live USB with Rufus and try to boot your PC from that USB disk without installing it, then you can use the live OS to try to do that.
Ok, thank on advance.First i try with what i have.I have some mint linux it can start live on cd.Can mint do that asking to know am i need to download linux?

TFTP access is very tricky, because the server only listens for a very small amount of time.
Let me give you an example.
In DD-WRT with one of my old routers (different than your machine), the TFTP server starts around after 10 seconds of plugging the power on to the router, and the TFTP server listens for 4 or 5 seconds for incoming connections.
Now I am 100% unfamiliar with your machine, so I dont know when the TFTP server starts or for how long it listens for incoming connections. You would be able to find out, with a serial connection. Or ask someone who has done it successfully.
Now... This is DD-WRT forums, not OpenWRT forums, you must seek help with this in openWRT forums, Only OpenWRT supports your device and its going to be difficult to get advice from a DD-WRT user with your machine and OpenWRT here.

Don't count on it. In order for DD-WRT support to be added, the developer must have the same machine, and there are no guarantees on web flashable anything, this would also take a long time to be added.
I suggest you ask someone in Openwrt who has the device.
Keep trying, use a serial connection instead. If you dont have the skills, or dont feel confident, then dont try it, unless you can afford to learn by risking breaking it.
