Cannot set DDNS from dropdown menu

Hi,
I am trying to configure DDNS on my Netgear with dd-wrt: DD-WRT v3.0-r47225 std (08/23/21), but everytime I use the dropdown menu in Setup->DDNS and choose one of the options, the setting goes back to "Disabled".

Is there something wrong with this firmware or is there a setting elsewhere?

Not even going to rummage through all the build threads for that release as it is from last year to even see if there was an issue. But it is highly suggested you use Private / Incognito mode with no extensions loaded, preferably Firefox ESR Portable or Pale Moon Portable separate from your internet traffic. As always, please consider upgrading to the current release as the issue may have already been fixed...

Thank you for the quick reply.
I tried both those suggested browsers, but no luck.
Next will be to update the firmware. Will let you know how that goes.
