Greetings, friends. For the past two days, I have been unable to resolve a computer's internet problem; that is, every time I attempt to connect to the Internet, the DNS server does not answer, and an error message appears. I'm now utilizing my cell phone to access the internet. This is why I can't seem to get my computer to work properly. Despite my best efforts, I am unable to resolve the problem. Guys, I'm not sure why this is happening or how to resolve the problem. Please assist me in resolving the issue. Any assistance will be greatly appreciated.

Welcome to the forum
What router do you have, what DDWRT build are you running (build number and Kernel version if applicable), how did you setup (e.g. show screenshots of the setup page etc.)
Thank you for responding. Because I am completely unskilled in this area, I am unable to provide you with all the answers. But I can only disclose that I'm using a Linksys EA8500 router. Also, if I learn anything, I will inform you later.

Hello there, @Craigito. Have you tried altering the addresses of the other DNS servers? Or maybe it's time to update the network drivers? If you haven't already, please start with these. If it doesn't solve the problem, I've found other remedies below that you can attempt. I hope you find it useful.
