Welcome to Broadcom r48128 beta release thread for reporting, feedback to developers & community benefit.
Please do not flash builds until installation is understood, risks involved and device specificrecovery methods.
Avoid discussions, create threads for questions, general problems or use search; this thread is not for support.
Please list router model & revision, operating & wireless mode(s) and exact filename/firmware image flashed.
Issues, observations, and/or workarounds reported:
• WebUI: Clear history or use a portable. Temporary cache bypass: Ctrl+F5, Cmd+Shift+R or new private window/incognito.
• DNScrypt 1.95 can still be used in WebUIbut v2 (not compatible) requires Golang and thus Entware. See Trac ticket #6246.
• WDS does not work on Broadcom ARM devices (only MIPS<->MIPS) & bridge modes on k4.4 devices may sometimes work
in some configurations for certain builds but are not supported by the bcmdhd driver. Try client or repeater modes, but YMMV.
• VAPs not working at bootare fixed, both unbridged (r40634) and bridged (r47822). Please test, removestartup commands.
• If startup scripts do not work from USB add delay (wait script), sleep 25 or try Administration -> Commands -> Save USB.
• Broadcom ARM devices if 5 GHz channels are missingvia Telnet/SSH: 'nvram set brcm_unlock=1' 'nvram commit' 'reboot'.
• Please report findings with steps needed to reproduce, configuration, clients, output, logs and important information below!
Important:
• Detail issues & relevant configs. Logs: 'dmesg' 'cat /tmp/var/log/messages' syslog klog, serial, strace, tcpdump, wireshark.
• Any firewall NAT or WAN issues, show output: 'iptables -vnL' 'iptables -t nat -vnL' 'iptables -t mangle -vnL' and /tmp/.ipt file.
• Gremlins: reset & configure manually, not restore a backup. Reboot. Search Trac & discuss in forum before opening tickets.
• Include operating & wireless modes (e.g. Gateway, Router, AP, CB, WDS, Mesh) and applicable configurations to reproduce.

I must accept the fact that Netgear R6250 is unstable for normal using unbound while warm inside vs deep cold outside in East Canada because I met at least twice strange unstable in the mid-evening, CPU temperatures over 81.4 °C cause reboot or lost, how high it was I cannot record.
So I took back my Buffalo WHR-G300NV2 temply then flashed 01-16-2022-r48128, it works very well.
And yet there is one bug, which I am not sure where the trouble is.
if my linux PC Firefox/Librewolf/Brave/Chromium/... visit https://www.reuters.com normal, but my iPad (iPad OS 15.2.1) use Safari and latest google chrome cannot open www.reuters.com only (the other website are all normal to open) while duckduckgo on iPad can open https://www.reuters.com normally. I tried to define address=/www.reuters.com/13.224.250.65 in DDWRT dnsmasq still cannot fix. My linux drill www.reuters.com and reuters.com are all normal, my WAN is DHCP after cabl e modem, even in ssh mode of DDWRT, nslookup reuters.com and www.reuters.com answered normally.
Back to my R6250 then flashed 01-16-2022-r48128 and reset, that above trouble on iPad to open www.reuters.com in safari/chrome disappeared.
Firmware: DD-WRT v3.0-r48128 std (01/16/22)
Kernel: Linux 4.4.298 #5011 SMP Sun Jan 16 03:54:47 +07 2022 armv7l
Mode: Gateway, Wireless AP, CTF & FA Enabled. NAT/QoS Off
CPU Clock 800MHz without fan
Load Average 0.06, 0.05, 0.02
Temperatures CPU 76.9 °C / WL1 55.8 °C
ctf_fa_cap=1
create ctf proc
attach ctf for eth%d
_ctf_attach:attach eth%d
bind ctf to eth if
_ctf_attach:attach wl0
_ctf_attach:attach wl1
By the way, I must add address=/forum.dd-wrt.com/185.84.6.126 in dnsmasq option to fix/avoid that I usually lost my upload the above contents here for forum.dd-wrt.com, if you also meet.

Issues/Errors: FA missing
CTF Enabled but still not detecting FA on the router. Shows BCM4709 on the status page but the chip in the R8000 is BCM4709A0 (not sure if that changes anything for FA detection.

Router/Version: WRT600N v1.1
File/Kernel: betas/2022/01-16-2022-r48128/linksys-wrt600n/linksys-wrt600-k3.x.bin
Previous/Reset: r48081 (which had no internet on wireless) / yes
Mode/Status: semi-bricked
Issues/Errors: WebGUI upgrade claimed Upgrade Failed after 5+ min. Did a 30/30/30 and came back with power light flashing, and LAN ethernet light on. Pinged fine but no WebGUI and no response to telnet or SSH. Multiple 30/30/30s did not help. Flashed older firmware with TFTP successfully.
Router/Version: ASUS RT-AC66U B1
File/Kernel: Firmware: DD-WRT v3.0-r48128 std (01/16/22)
Previous/Reset: r47822
Mode/Status: Works well however it seems the 2.4ghz light and power somehow get switched up. Any guidance to configure the LEDs? I know my 5 ghz light never worked properly.
