Update method: SSH / CLI
Router/Version: Netgear R9000 Nighthawk X10
File/Kernel: DD-WRT v3.0-r48075 std (01/10/22)
Previous/Reset: DD-WRT v3.0-r48068 std (01/09/22) / No
Mode/Status: Gateway / Working Normally
Issues/Errors: Although the build did load the leases file on reboot, and the Use JFFS2 for client lease DB option was checked, I had to click Apply on the page to get the dnsmasq.leases file to start updating on /jffs. Also, the Active Clients table on the Status, LAN tab had many Hostnames as * until I erased /tmp/dnsmasq.leases.

Router/Version: tl-mr3220v2
File/Kernel: r48075
Previous/Reset: old version back in 2020
Mode/Status: gateway
Issues/Errors:

I just have a quick question regarding the LED on the front panel. Normally, the WiFi LED is lit but steady when there are no clients connected (or no traffic from connected clients). However, I noticed that the LED was continuously blinking even if there are no connected wireless clients. Here's a copy of the logs:

I observed that happen from 18:30 onwards. I have Wireless MAC filtering in a whitelist approach, and none of my whitelisted devices were connected at the time.

Out of curiousity though, I took an old tablet (which is not whitelisted) and tried to connect it to my router. As expected, it failed to connect due to the MAC filtering in place. But when I went back to the logs, there were no entries for that failed connection attempt either.

As of 23:30 local time, the blinking stopped. I checked the logs and did not find anything except for the NTP traffic.

The available logs really are not telling me anything. Can someone help interpret why the WiFi LED is behaving this way? Also, is there a setting which I should be enabling for more visibility? Thanks in advance.
