Yes, you are blocked so you cant load anything until timeout is done...

You can login via ssh/telnet fine though and reboot or restart httpd and cancel the timeout that way.


nope you can't. the blocking is for telnet/ssh too at the same time. this happens also if you have 5 failed attempty with telnet or ssh. only a reboot will fix it. any further attempt while the 5 minutes are running will restart the 5 minute timer
