Hi!
Is it possible to have:
Computer_A, MAC-adress AA:BB:CC:11:22:33, is using a WireGuard-client to connect a WireGuard-server somewhere on the internet.

Computer_B, MAC-adress 11:22:33:AA:BB:CC, connects direct to the internet without using the WireGuard-client.

Both computers uses the same router.

Is computer B in the PBR field? What router/build is this on?

Like @kp69 already set we can give better support if you state router model and build number

See the forum guidelines with helpful pointers about how to research your router, where and what firmware to download, where and how to post and many other helpful tips:
https://forum.dd-wrt.com/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?t=324087

To answer your question you probably need Policy Based Routing, from the WireGuard Client setup guide:
Quote:
Policy Based Routing (PBR) works by creating multiple routing tables and rules that specify which
routing table to use when certain criteria are met.
Criteria for routing decision can be source- and destination address, port, interface, fwmark etc. see:
ip rule man page

WireGuard guides and documentation see the link in my signature at the bottom but they are a sticky in this forum.

Build: v3.0-r47745 giga (12/04/21), ASUS RT-AC66U

I'm quiet new to using dd-wrt and I haven't set up the router yet. My plan is(if it possible) set up the two or more computers. Computer_A is the only computer to use WireGuard client.

No problem give it a static lease (IP address), in the WG client choose Route "Selected sources via VPN" and put that IP address in the PBR box

Guys, I don't believe the OP involves a router.
