the "Access Restrictions" which there are "wan access" .does this feature works when dhcp is off ? (eg: client bridge,ap..etc)[/img]

Pretty sure that it will not work with no WAN, access restrictions on that page is intended to be from LAN-to-WAN and WAN-to-LAN... LAN-to-LAN devices can communicate independent of the router.

Technically this is to block machines to reach the WAN or specific services by port depending on how you set it up, @Wildlion is correct.

Let assume the router you mention is router B

If you have router A with WAN access which allows router B WAN access to its connected clients even if router B is not directly connected to the WAN interface (WAN DHCP off), then, this feature may work on router B (untested).

However, consider it is simpler to manage block/access lists on router A.

You have a help page and help text for this feature, I suggest you read all of it.

And if you try this setup then let us know the outcome.
