I don't know why but the 2.4 GHZ radio keeps going away and the only way to get it back is to reset power, any idea what could be causing this, could it be the power setting is too high, overheating maybe?

No idea what your wireless settings are without screenshot(s); it could be that your power adapter is failing or the capacitors on the circuit board are going bad.

I have not much of an idea either since I can't log into to the Web interface anymore I will have to do a reset and start over, I will try another power adapter that I'm using with my WRT54G, I guess the caps could be bad I haven't replaced those before, it doesn't look as easy replacing on a WRT54G but I might take a stab at it. Thanks

usually it's the caps in the wall wart power adapter that go first. If you want to use a hot knife or saw to cut the wall wart open they are repairable.

There are also caps on the SoC board on this device. Not sure which fail first, the wall wart or the ones on the board, but that is definitely a possibility as well as I already noted. Thanks for the double-tap.
