When I had 25/25 plan, with QoS enabled, there was no drop in speed.
I'd get upwards of 20Mbps for both down and up as I had less than 25Mb set up in QoS.
Don't know why 100/100 plan is giving me such a headache.

Hello,
Any other settings that you'd like me to take a look into?
Thanks,

Thanks.
I was also thinking about that.
Have a clean upgrade and check speed before I customize router with my settings.
Thanks for your assistance. Will report in a couple of days.

i have this same problem.
i am testing on a older dlink dir-300 A1
i have 2 of these, one stock one with ddwrt.
i have tested many ddwrt firmware versions all with the same issue.
slow speeds in general. tested both wifi and lan.
the lan is a bit faster than wifi, but both half the speed of the stock firmware.
i feel this is a bug or something,
what settings could effect lan\wired speeds?
