Soon I will be getting a TP-LINK Archer AX50 (aka AX3000). I could of sworn that this router was supported last time I looked but I see now it is not.

How can I donate this router so that hopefully a DDWRT version can be developed for it?

ETA: I am a noob here but after reading more of the forums it looks like I might be able to test other builds without have to donate.

Probably won't happen. I think Intel Lantiq is off the table.

Thanks. I should have read more before buying the router. At least returns are easy.

..."probably" and "think"... not confirmed 100% We were waiting for a response from the developer.

I am thinking that the store OP bought this router from probably has a return policy that is at least 14 days. With all due respect, I do not think developers can come up with an answer within that short amount of time.

Better to return than hold on to the router waiting for an answer if you ask me.

Or would it be better to donate that router in particular to see if they can try at least?

From what I gather, Lantiq isn't out of the question, but device support does not happen overnight.
