r7800 - firmware update failed - because it's a R7450

Sorry for the delay, hectic time. I've decided that ideally I'd like to return this one and get something else (an xr500, I think, right now). I'm trying to get it back to the firmware I bought it with. I have the official stock img from netgear's site for this model, I should be able to just upload it to the dd-wrt firmware update page, right? The upload seems to work, I get no errors, but when the router reboots, it's still running dd-wrt. I should maybe make this a separate thread? Advise if so.

The R7800 has this information on the label on the bottom of the router:

You can use nmrpflash to return it to stock firmware if TFTP will not work.

The R7450 states as such on the bottom. The router in question is most likely this router:

Which probably is the same as the R7450.
