Hi,
2 routers, 1st is connected to ISP and provides wifi, 2nd is dd-wrt with openvpn. Static route on router1 to IPTV provider address via router2. Tracert is quick and looks perfect. Wired clients work just fine streaming video. Wireless clients get a few seconds of video then freeze. Speedtest wired vs wireless is nearly identical.
they all install and it all works fine but only for wired clients. tried several version from thi spage and they all work the same with the same problem faced.

Again, I will redirect you to the forum rules and guidelines. The router database (and supported devices wiki) are for reference; the router database is not up to date. See the bold red link in my signature on where to download firmware. _________________ "Life is but a fleeting moment, a vapor that vanishes quickly; All is vanity"

The versions I have tried are all on that page. Not sure what you are trying to emphasize. Anyway as I said all of them work except for freezing on wifi clients. Thinking is is some wireless settings that casues different routing or something
Ok sure I'll just write my own firmware like everyone else. What's your problem. Clearly you rather pontificate than assist. Why dont you just be quiet now and let an expert reply.

It's not my problem that you refuse to read before you post and are focusing on a resource that is NOT up to date for firmware downloads. You're being slightly obtuse and obstinate, and that is not MY fault. Please consider upgrading to the most recent build...
Consider the information set out before you, no matter how abrasively it was delivered. It can be cumbersome to deliver timely, tactful, kind, and proper help if you haven't at least done some reading and researching before asking a community such as this.
You have no idea what research and knwoledge I have and just started spouting. I have a found a much more usefull dd-wrt forum elsewhere whith people who actually engage constrcutively. Later moron.
Perhaps the moderator who was trying to constructively assist you was trying to lead you in the right direction and you dismissed that advice and failed to see the point; no need to be rude about it. I was merely affirming the advice to read the forum rules and guidelines; you should have possibly more clearly read the disclaimer on the router database landing page as well. I'm sure that this will be addressed.
For the record, problem is sovled and HAD ABSOLUTELY NOTHING TO DO WITH THE FIRMWARE VERSION. Again you would rather spew nonsense about the so-called "rules" and accuse a person of not knowing things and not even bother to address the actual question. Expert you are not.

My apologies for you not having a more complete first post with all of the applicable information for us to help you better.
It is the developer's intentions to focus on issues with the current releases, not the versions on the router database page.
Thank you for your feedback.
NOTE 09.15.21:If you inquired on any public forum on the internet, the inquiry does not exist per a webcrawl that was
initiated 5 days ago. There is also no record on any public IRC resource for DD-WRT or OpenVPN or any possibly related
IRC channels, whatsoever. Therefore, this thread appears to strictly be a phishing attempt to vilify myself or the other
person who commented here and as such goes against proper protocol and decorum here. IOW, you are full of ****. _________________ "Life is but a fleeting moment, a vapor that vanishes quickly; All is vanity"
