Hi all, my first post, so bear with me. If anything is missing let me know, I'll try to answer any questions you might have. Thanks in advance.

Router: Netgear R7800
Build: DD-WRT v3.0-r45849 std (02/25/21)
Installation guide used.

Code:
Topology:

Internet - router     -> PiHole: addblocking & recursive dns
with static  - OpenVPN DD-WRT PBR -> Roku
ip       -> Docker + Traefik 2 server with static internal ip

What should happen:
Docker server should be accessible from outside the network via dedicated url.

What happens instead:
I can't access the Docker server via the url from outside the network, my browser gives a time-out error. However, it does work when I'm at home connected to my personal network. Also experiencing slow usenet download speeds.

Desired outcome:
Being able to access the server from outside my network.

What I tried:
Port forwarded 53, 80 & 443 in DD-WRT & on the server (UFW). Nmap confirms these are open.

What am I missing? Where to start troubleshooting?

Used guides:
Docker server
PiHole

If you did not include the routers own IP address in the PBR range then the WAN should be "free" to accept incoming connections.
When in doubt post PBR settings or read the PBR guide, @d33b0_n4p41m already linked to the OpenVPN documentation (which is a sticky in this forum)

I trust you have a public IP on the WAN of this router?
When in doubt show the first 3 digits of the IP address

You can see if the port forward rules of the router are hit with:
iptables -vnL FORWARD
iptables -vnL -t nat
