UPDATE...

Yesterday The Gateway R7800 lost Internet access PLUS No Aceess to the R7800 via http or SSH, rebooted to get it back. This was on build r47282 with only 7 days uptime. So today I updated both R7800s to build r47377.

R7800 running build 47282.

Current smartphones have an annoying habit of using a random MAC address if you let them. Apparently the device can revert to the undesired behaviour somehow later on, even when you have set it to not use a random MAC.
Anyway, after you make the phone use its assigned MAC again, DD-WRT updates the MAC in the DHCP clients list, and also in the Wireless Nodes list, but not in the active clients list, even though it does start showing the hostname of the device in the active clients list. This list keeps showing the old random MAC it used earlier, despite auto-refresh or manual refreshing.
