Issues:
WiFi radio not working properly - LAN access is possible, though DHCP doesn't work sometimes. WAN access via WiFi worked at first, but stopped working within an hour, using settings verified as working on previously installed build.
Any reason why you picked this release? I would set DTIM interval to 2, leave BI at 100, and then go back to release 44048, or load 47117 with full reset and post on that thread.
