Hi all,
I have a Plex server that keeps filling up the log with the following:
Aug 26 06:10:04 daemon.warn dnsmasq[5693]: possible DNS-rebind attack detected: < local ip>
Can I somehow whitelist the local ip, or domain or something to prevent it freaking out every 15 minutes or so?
EDIT:
for those looking for a solution add the following line to the dnsmasq custom config window:
rebind-domain-ok=/plex.direct/

Yeah, I failed at google by googling wrong terms to come up with those hits. Afterwards I found the solution and edited my original post for posterity sake (for others to stumble into).

And it is appreciated. I was mainly trying to back you up on the fact that this is an issue.

Excellent! Thanks Duxa - my logs are so much cleaner now; maybe I'll actually look at them once in a while.
