I have been thinking of donating a router to the dd-wrt project lately but am uncertain because I do not know if its ok to donate a router that the dd-wrt developers might already own.
My best guess would be yes since there is a possibility that the firmware chip might crap out after being flashed over and over again so it helps to have more of the same model of router around.
I want to make sure that my donation is something that would be beneficial to the cause and not a waste of space. _________________ For people who are new to the dd-wrt forums >> http://www.catb.org/~esr/faqs/smart-questions.html#rtfm

Consider checking the Supported Devices Wiki and looking for "donated router needed"; contact the developer directly to see which of those are not in hand?
