Archer C7 V5
Firmware: DD-WRT v3.0-r46854 std (06/03/21)
Update: GUI from 46836
Reset: No
Mode: AP/Gateway, provides DHCP for other routers in bridge/router mode, runs DDNS, USB printer connected, 5 GHz wifi disabled, 2.4 GHz with additional guest virtual interface.
Issues (also present in others I tested: 44715, 46733, 46772, 46788, 46836):
- Wifi works for some hours, and randomly turns off/resets for a minute and restarts. LAN ports seem to work fine in the meantime, only wifi connections are dropped. SOLVED by setting Key Renewal Interval to 0 in Wireless Security settings.
- A Tplink WA850RE vanilla extender refuses to connect to AP, showing for a second as a client in Status>Wireless, and then disappearing, cycling every 5 seconds. Randomly, after several reboots of both devices, it gets a successful connection and holds fine after that until rebooted.
- LED lights not working correctly in general, especially LAN port ones.
