Looking at it from the bright side, its quick to test these builds - and the logs don't get long.
Up 23 min, load average: 3.90, 1.35, 0.48
Kernel crash as previous builds. If anything - there now not a lot of "Mac80211 start..." <Mac-address>. This time its only one. My Galaxy S9+. Then ka-boom. So if Apples bombard the router - add Samsung to that lot too.
Upgraded 3200ACM from 05/17/2021 build, no resets or anything.
DNSSEC is working fine, although so far the only two providers working in my region are OpenDNS and Adguard (that's more than enough for my use case).
So far so good, will update if there's any issues.
Apple devices are working fine. _________________ Router: Linksys WRT3200ACM WLAN0 and 1 have same SSID

Issues/Errors: None! Thank You BS!
Comments:
Updated using Putty SSH over wifi (curl update itself over wire) without any reset. Router has been up over 15 hours without any issues. Tested with 7 client devices including 1 on lan and 6 on wlans. Five wlans include one each for WPA3-EAP and WPA2-EAP on 5 GHz, and one each for WPA3-EAP, WPA2-EAP and WPA3-PSK/SAE on 2.4 GHz. Client devices include a Canon printer/scanner on lan, 2 Windows 10 PCs, 2 Apple devices, and 2 Android phones. One of the PCs (with an Intel AC 8265 wifi) and both of the Apple devices have MAC Randomization enabled (where I believe both Apples use a per-SSID MAC that stays the same from day to day, but the second Windows 10 PC is set to change daily and has used 3 different MACs in this test). The first Apple device is an iPad Air 2 on iOS 14.5.1, and the second Apple device is an Apple Watch 5 on watchOS 7.3.3. The Android phones are older Android 7 and 9.
In Wireless/Wireless_Security for each wlan, I have WPA Strict Rekeying set to Enable, 802.11r (FT) support set to Disable, Disable EAPOL Key Retries set to Enable, and, where applicable, 802.11w Management Frame Protection set to Auto.
No issues! Attached is the log so far: _________________ My DD-WRT Routers:
