For the kernel crashes, there now seems to be a ticket opened. Lets hope that leads somewhere. I'm confident that those active here, are only the tip of the iceberg, regarding this problem. https://svn.dd-wrt.com/ticket/7420

Samba only work from my wired PC, but not with my Android Phone
- Router Linksys WRT3200ACM with actual build
I had map the drive (USB) with my PC Windows10 with the command:
net use y: \\192.168.0.1\USBDrive NNNN /user:XXXXX /persistent:yes
Reach all the Files with my PC-wired connection:
This works fine under Windows 10, I can see all the directorys on my USB drive thats installed at DD-WRT Router.
Reach all the Files with my Andoid Handy over WLAN:
When I try it from my Android Handy i can not map the drive and I dont see any Files.
Info, before this router I had a Buffalo Router with dd-wrt with the same configuration and all work perfect.
for me a solution is to create an FTP connection to see the directorys and files with my phone.
But why the Samba does not work as on my old Router??
Any suggestions? _________________ Buffalo WZR-HP-AG300H

- Linksys WRT3200ACM
- v3.0-r46690 std (05/17/21)
I had a Problem with the USB Service.
I get it to run but after restart the Router the drive Path is lost... see append pictures!
In the setup for USB-Drive the right path is shown!
Sometimes the "Service\nas" Tab crashed, see also append pictures".
I use Firefox v88.0.1 (64Bit) to manage the setup.
I know the hard work of coding and i am realy happy to see thats Brainslayer and all other are so busy to get a perfect program! THANK YOU !!!!!

- Linksys WRT3200ACM
- v3.0-r46690 std (05/17/21)
Also the WLan connection is very bad, during download a bigger datafile the connection paused some secounds and after that it goes forward again. This must be a fault in the driver or...?!?! As client I use a Samsung S10+ (Android). I read about r44048, but this version is an very old one and I think it is better to use a newer version with some other new stuff and security patches. _________________ Buffalo WZR-HP-AG300H
Well, this was working well for a couple of days with an Apple iPad iOS 14.5.1 (the latest iOS version) client and a nice mix of other clients on both the 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz radios. I think that the iPhone iOS 14.4.2 client was never connected on my test of this build. However, shortly after connecting an Apple watchOS 7.3.3 (NOT quite the latest watchOS version) client directly via 2.4 GHz wifi (rather than its usual bluetooth piggyback to the iPhone on 5 GHz), I began having wifi disconnects of all clients on both radios. Logs attached. I'll move along to the next build now.
EDIT:
I don't think it's significant, but can anyone tell me why I get all those Multiple Spanning Tree Protocol daemon "mstpd" errors (just in the _0 and _1 logs) even though I have Spanning Tree Protocol (STP) disabled in Setup/Basic_Setup/WAN_Setup and off everywhere in Setup/Networking/Bridging? _________________ My DD-WRT Routers:

Upgraded from 5-13-2021 build 3200ACM, no resets or anything.
This build worked fine for me with the small exception that after a couple of days, the GUI for managing the router would not come on, unless rebooted. _________________ Router: Linksys WRT3200ACM WLAN0 and 1 have same SSID
