Is there any possibility of DD-WRT support for any of the new Wifi6E routers such as these, including support for the new 6ghz band?

Linksys Hydra 6E
Netgear Nighthawk RAXE500
Asus ROG Rapture GT-AXE11000

Also, are any of the plain WiFi 6 (no 6ghz band) routers supported?

I really wish people would use Google or the forum search function. I couldn't find any information on that Linksys device, but feel free to scour the internet for hardware info. I can tell you this much, if it's Broadcom, it will *NOT* get DD-WRT support most likely.

Actually it’s Linksys Hydra Pro 6E discussed in this CNET article (I left out the word Pro in the name):

https://www.cnet.com/home/internet/linksys-launches-new-wi-fi-6e-routers-including-the-most-expensive-mesh-yet-atlas-max-hydra-pro/

It is powered by Broadcom BCM4908 @ 1.8 GHz chipset according to

https://routerchart.com/linksys/linksys-hydra-pro-6e-mr7500-424

It's a Broadcom, and will *NOT* get DD-WRT support for AX/Wi-Fi 6, read the links in my previous post!

hey, I been working on adding openwrt support and maybe ddrt after for the MR7500 and one thing I remembered is at time I was shopping for it I came across https://forum.dd-wrt.com/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?t=329070 where some idiot PM'd you about his locked thread and saying that according to routerchart.com its a broadcom, I have no idea what that website is on about but the MR7500 is a qualcomm QCA6018

You should probably consider taking hi-res pics, posting them here and adding a device-specific article to WikiDevi and others, and link the bleeping OpenWRT forum thread, which seems to be the OP and nothing of substance so far.
