ProtonVPN on WRT3200ACM questions

Hello,

Hardware and firmware:
Linksys WRT3200ACM
DD-WRT v3.0-r44715 std (11/03/20)

I'm setting up OpenVPN by following "https://protonvpn.com/support/vpn-router-ddwrt/".
One of the options is missing, and appears to have been replaced with a new one.
Unfortunately, "Help" does not explain either of these two options.
Also, online searches tell me to click them, but not what they do.

I'd appreciate any pointers to explanations of what they do.

The two options are:
    Setup tab -> Basic Setup subtab
    Under "Network Address Servers Settings (DHCP)":
    Missing: "Use DNSMasq for DHCP"
    New: "Recursive DNS Resolving (Unbound)"

"Use DNSMasq for DHCP" was removed when udhcpd was removed from being an option for the DHCP server for the LAN side. "Recursive DNS Resolving (Unbound)" is not necessarily new and that how-to is at least 4 years old. The most current information is in the Advanced Networking forum, where I am moving this topic to.
