yep it was exactly at 0:00 reboot and i used an NTP server that was a 'domain name' instead of IP and it was on R7000 or my 1043v2 i can't remember...
The thing with using a name is, that your DNS may not be up and running and that can cause a disturbance if you have a start up stuff loading and its NTP time dependant...as NTP is vital, do not turn it off...
On some builds there could be an errors with the local DDWRT NTP time, so using an external IP could be the solution...been using those NTP IP's ever since, ive no problems any more...

As, EGC suggested, just nvram erase and upload the last build 46395...just do not load settings from save file from another build, do them manually...

Many thanks. Alright, Ill go with the link that EGC suggested. btw I did try just putting in the Google NTP IP, and it cleared the NTP errors, I had seen earlier. However the router still hung at Midnight.

Ive now run a NVram erase, and put in all the settings manually, just as recommended. Will keep an eye out and report back. Note : Syslog watcher is still running with debug=1.

Guys, the router is finally stable . An Nvram Erase, followed by the article : https://wiki.dd-wrt.com/wiki/index.php/Wireless_access_point, nailed it. Thank you very much for your help!
