Flashed my 1900ACSv1 via CLI from 46069. I did not do a reset or 'nvram erase'. No issues with the upgrade. Wifi performance is great when it is working.

Within 3 minutes, got the browser crash dump in dmesg that many users have been seeing since 46069. Could be related to Apple clients. Browser becomes unresponsive, existing wifi clients remain connected and running fine, however no new wifi clients are able to connect.

dmesg:

I am going to go back to 46069 since it doesn't crash and see if I can get it stable with Apple clients. However, right now, I believe 44048 is the last good release if you have Apple devices in your environment. Something broke starting with 44085.

Linksys WRT1900ACSv1: router mode, hardwired ethernet lan to a WRT3200ACM. WIFI: 2.4ghz: NG-mixed, 20mhz channel width, channel 11, WPA2-CCMP-128. 5ghz: AC/N mixed, 80mhz channel width, channel 36+upper, WPA2-CCMP-128.

Clients: Apple MACOS x 4, IOS x 4, Apple TV, Chromecast Audio x 2, Eufy doorbells, Lutron Caseta, Axis Camera, Samsung TV, Nest thermostat, EtekCity outlets (Espressif)..

Upgraded WRT1200AC v1's from r46329 to r46380 using Brave 1.10.91 (64-bit) running on Linux Mint 20.1 OS hardwired via Cat6.

Successful update and reboot. No reset, nothing disabled prior to update, uptime approx 2 hrs, wired/wireless connected, vpn up immediately (Expressvpn). I do not use NAS. SFE, QoS and IPv6 are always disabled. OpenVPN client/DNSMasq and radios always enabled. I do not have any Apple devices.

Kernel Version Linux 4.9.265 #2556 SMP Sat Apr 17 00:59:41 +07 2021 armv7l

No issues with a routine update session. Running smoothly for me.

Router/Version: WRT1900ACSv2 / r46380
File/Kernel: webflash via ssh curl / 4.9.265
Previous/Reset: r46329 / No
Mode/Status: Gateway / Unresponsive
Issues/Errors: Initially booted and worked equally well for PC#1, Android#1 and Apple iPad clients. Webif initially worked. After about 5 minutes up, all clients began having increasingly frequent intermittent Internet unresponsiveness issues. After about 20 minutes up, webif became unresponsive. A second Android#2 could not connect at all. After 25 minutes up, PC lost wifi connection and could not reconnect. SSID appeared only intermittently. iPad was still connected and intermittently responsive. I connected PC#2 via ethernet, which did not receive an IP. Manually configured IPV4 IP with mask and gateway addresses. Webif requested password, but never came up. SSH'd in with Putty, saved logs to /tmp, and extracted with WinSCP. SSID was still appearing intermitttently for a while but nothing could connect on wifi. SSID broadcasts ceased entirely after about 40 minutes, but Internet was still responsive through wired PC#2. Switched back to r46069 partition without reset and all's well.

Upgraded 3200ACM from previous version, no settings reset.

All is working fine, including OpenVPN and DNSSEC, however, I had to switch DNSSEC provider after the upgrade, didn't like the settings it had previously, but I switched back to my preferred one and it's working, just a bit of it not liking it.

Will report if there's any issues.
