Router Model / Version: Dlink DIR-882 A1
File: dlink-dir882-a1-webflash.bin
Firmware: DD-WRT v3.0-r46380 std (04/17/21)
Previous: DD-WRT v3.0-r46329 std (04/13/21)
Mode: AP
Uptime: ~ few hours
Status: working
Services: Openvpn client, DLNA, SAMBA, PPPOE
Issues / Errors: High CPU usage and NAS stop responding during access to audio files on NAS (hundreds of files) CPU usage start increasing untill it reaches 100%, even if i stop using NAS well before (load keep growing)

Same syslog message before ksmbd crash:

Quote:
Apr 17 12:33:48 DD-WRT local5.err ksmbd: [ksmbd-worker/2561]: ERROR: LSARPC: unsupported INVOKE method 45, alloc_hint : 52
Apr 17 12:33:49 DD-WRT local5.err ksmbd: [ksmbd-worker/2561]: ERROR: LSARPC: unsupported INVOKE method 45, alloc_hint : 52

Running "service samba3 stop " command doesn't bring down CPU usage and load (it keeps increasing)

dmesg command (ksmbd messages at the bottom of the quote):

Reset: No
Kernel: [Linux 4.14.229 #1044 SMP Sat Apr 17 10:59:56 +07 2021 mips
Mode: AP 2.4G + 5G
Uptime: 14 hrs
Status: working
Services: USB automount, dhcp
Issues / Errors: None
Load Average: 0.26, 0.31, 0.27

2.4G (HT20, g/n mixed mode)
STAs: Sonos appliances in g mode + macbook / android tablet in n mode

Performance: consistent and acceptable for my purposes.

5G (VHT80, ac/n mixed mode)

STAs: mixture of laptops, tablets and TVs in ac (80) & n (20/40) modes

Performance: very strong upload, but download is reduced by 30%+ in both n and ac modes, compared to broly's 46315M release using the proprietary firmware.

Load average: slightly down, but still higher than my reference broly firmware.
