Very smooth upgrade, fast upgrade, quick reboot, no issues uncovered. Working well with a large # of static IPs, and a large # of Access Restrictions, throughput 9-12MB/s, about 50 ft from my router, with Intel Wireless-AC 9560 160MHz card 5G, 144mbs.

Issues/Errors: WDS doesn't work per wiki instructions but I have a workaround in place

Issues/Errors: Found that setting up VAP (5 GHz) on all stations was necessary to get traffic to pass on wired ports. Don't ask me why but it's what I found through experimentation.

Issues/Errors: router is resetting itself every 30 seconds , Nothing in syslog. When is connected usb drive 128 GB router restarts. When is unplugged usb drive router works.

Yeah, that doesn't make sense to me. When mitchd123 said 50 ft from router, is that line of sight?
I can get up to 40-50 Mb/s (or about 400 Mbps actual bandwidth) transfer speeds (only on good days though) with my USB Realtek 8812AU wifi adapter (connection rate is ~780 Mbps).
I will try this build out with my EA8500 in a bit and see how that goes.
