Router/Version: Linksys WRT1900ACS v2
File: ddwrt-linksys-wrt1900acsv2-webflash.bin
Firmware: DD-WRT v3.0-r46294 std (04/06/21) (prev. DD-WRT v3.0-r46259 std (04/03/21))
Kernel: Linux 4.9.264 #2534 SMP Tue Apr 6 02:47:36 +07 2021 armv7l
Mode: Gateway, 2.4G and 5G wifi, OpenVpn, NAS, Keep Alive reboot 5:45 in the morning
Reset: No
Status: 13:07:50 up 1:52, load average: 0.00, 0.00, 0.00, Temperatures CPU 76.5 °C / WL0 47.6 °C / WL1 49.5 °C

Still having random wifi issues. I noticed that now when they occour I don't have anymore multiple "ieee80211 phy1: Mac80211 start BA..." rows on messages log (as I reported in r46259 thread) but for two hosts of my LAN (always my wife's MacBook Pro and my iPad) wifi still get stucks suddenly very often, and this happens only for them (other hosts seems work fine). I have upgraded by too short time to report generalized wifi lock (requiring reboot) for all network devices, as I experienced during whole last mounth: will report them if they occour.

[UPDATE 1] After about three hours uptime, I had another time this row

Code:
Apr  6 14:33:56 router.home kernel: [19099.531758] ieee80211 phy1: Mac80211 start BA 08:f8:bc:xx:xx:xx

repeated hundred of times in messages log, with MacBook Pro (HW addr 08:f8:bc:xx:xx:xx) unable to open new sessions on internet.

[UPDATE 2] I ran a Zoom test call for an hour on MBP, and it disconnetted only once, but it has reconnected by itself after about one minute. During whole call I took an eye on messages logs, and noticed that almost everytime I tried to open gmail I had hundred of “80211 start BA” logs, but as I said it has bone offline only once and came online by itself after one minute.
Don’t know anymore what to think!

Router setup:
WRT1900ACS V2
Config retained from previous build

Configuration
Build 46294
OpenVPN - tap mode bridged
Wireguard - 11 clients
Wifi 5GHZ AC-Only WHT80
Wifi 2.4GHZ - Auto Channel NG-Mixed
Security WP2+AES on both radios
Port forwarding utilized for SMTP, IMAP, HTTP and HTTPS (IMAP on non-standard port)

Error Descriptions:
Exactly 11 minutes uptime, until DMESG indicates crash. Kernel messages indicates error. GUI unresponsive. All interfaces (ETH + Wifi) still have local connection, but Internet DNS goes down.
Ping 8.8.8.8 = OK. Ping google.com = Ping request could not find host google.com
DMESG log enclosed.

Update:
Syslog indicates an OpenVPN error "Interrupted system call (code=4). Stopped OpenVPN server via GUI. Wireless speed on Galaxy S9+ went from ca 280 mbit to 500 mbit (fast.com). Restarted OpenVPN server via GUI. 9+ Speed unaffected. Still fast. S9+ disconnected manually from Router and reconnected on wifi. Speed back down to 280Mbits. Stopped OpenVPN in GUI again - and S9+ Went back up to 500mbits. This is consistently reproducible. I attached messages as well. Load average is stated as 0.

Upgraded WRT1200AC v1's from r46259 to r46294 using Brave 1.10.91 (64-bit) running on Linux Mint 20.1 OS hardwired via Cat6.

Successful update and reboot. No reset, nothing disabled prior to update, uptime approx 15 hrs, wired/wireless connected, vpn up immediately (Expressvpn). I do not use NAS. SFE, QoS and IPv6 are always disabled. OpenVPN client/DNSMasq and radios always enabled. I do not have any Apple devices.

Kernel Version Linux 4.9.264 #2534 SMP Tue Apr 6 02:47:36 +07 2021 armv7l

No issues with a routine update session. One thing I have noticed is my streaming device diagonally furtherest from my router is now showing signal strength maxed at 100% again. This release and the previous two show the same. Several releases back the wifi signal strength dropped as low as 55% but had stabilized at around 60 - 65 %. No changes in my environment so glad to see the return to normal.
