[R8500] Link aggregation

Did anybody succeed to implement Link Aggregation? I am trying with a Qnap TS 459 pro w/o success
Setup -> Switch Config. I also see that just 4 ports out of 6 are listed in the columns. I do not understand what means the rows. I understand link aggregation is hardwired to port 3 and 4 so I connected the LANs of the NAS here.
I read old threads from 2016 about this but I did not replied since I was scold to revamp too old threads ....
Firmware is: DD-WRT v3.0-r45849 std (02/25/21)

The R8500 definitely cannot be configured via webUI for VLANs.

And by script? So why showing misleading buttons on the gui? I was thinking DDWRT was doing more than the original firmware and not less Sad

If you wish to submit patches to make the webUI work on this router, feel free. With hundreds of supported devices, making this particular part of the webUI 100% functional across the board has not happened and likely will not anytime soon. This is a known issue and has been like that since this router was added to devices supported by DD-WRT AFAIK.

Port Trunking and Link Aggregation are two different thing.

Port Trunking: A LAN port is serving several VLANs by tagging which one the packet is belonging to.

Link Aggregation: Two ports are used as one connection to increase the bandwith.
