Router Model: Ubiquiti NanoStation M5
Firmware: DD-WRT v3.0-r42872 std (04/10/20)

Hello,

it seams that I have an issue with the Client Mode with the Router "NS5" - with the "old" firmware from 2020 (release r45872) the conntection is stable : see https://forum.dd-wrt.com/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?t=328437

Nevertheless I tried "several" releases which looses connection after roughly 1-3min with the same configurations. The following releases I tried (and failed):
03-24-2021-r46166
03-09-2021-r45955
02-28-2021-r45863
03-12-2021-r45993

Do you have an idea what has been changed in the firmware which creates this issue?

Additionally on the currently running firmware (r42872 ) I have the issue that a reboot alway's creates a software bug & I need to disconnect the power / POE ethernet cable to restart proper the device.

former Firmware: DD-WRT v3.0-r42872 std (04/10/20)
applied Firmware: DD-WRT v24-sp2 (10/27/14) std

Based on the issues I also had but not so frequently with the I swichted back to a quite old firmware as a trial, which seems to be a very stable solution for the job the device should do.

currently applied & very stable working Firmware: DD-WRT v24-sp2 (10/27/14) std
