add to the 2.4ghz radio only

basic_rates=60 120 240
supported_rates=60 90 120 180 240 360 480 540

be using ng-mixed, users who want b rates just use mixed for all the rates... thats why that commit is stupid

Previous/Reset: 45993 , no reset
Mode/Status: LAN and AP, router
Issues/Errors: took 20s to get back active

update via web-interface, after boot no problem, works fine
