Changed lan ip, cant connect to router

Used laptop to change lan ip (wired) but now I cant connect to router from laptop browser. Says refused connect.

Using the lan ip I changed, I can use my tablet or any other device will allows me to connect to router. Only laptop wont connect.

I have rebooted router and laptop, added static ip for laptop but still refused to connect.

Any solution?

Scratch this solved!

Admin, Web Access= set for HTTP, browser was doing https.
