Can anyone help me please?

I'm trying to flash r45711 over the top of a Kong build from 2017, yep it's been too long since I upgraded it.

Followed instruction from here correctly I think https://wiki.dd-wrt.com/wiki/index.php/Installation#Flashing_Your_Router_with_DD-WRT_Firmware

Did an Erase Nvram via Telnet before flashing. The 5 min countdown timer kicks in, finishes, but the upgrading fw window remains as if it's still busy for 20 mins now. Uploading sign in the bottom left is stuck on 1%. I don't understand why it's not having it. never had an issue before.

Tried other builds and it won't flash those either. Just leaves my old version on after I give up and reboot manually!

Thanks!

Try a non chromium based browser e.g. Internet Explorer (sic!)

FireFox usually also works if you do not have extensions

I'll give it a go some time. My opportunity has gone for today as wife is working from home and I need a full day to reconfigure. Shocked

Appreciate it!

You only need to do a full reset if something goes awry. Otherwise, flash it without selecting reset to defaults after flashing via the webUI with FF ESR in private mode with no extensions loaded and no other web pages open in the browser *whatsoever* or flash via CLI and be done.
