How do I enable and disable a user from the command line/cron job. It is very easy to do it in the web interface but the infomation is stored in dd-wrtusers.db and I don't know the format of the file. Just deleting the line from /jffs/etc/freeradius/users doesn't work because a server restart causes the entry to be recreated from the dd-wrtusers.db but I don't know how.

To take a step back I have a family and I have the radius server setup to disallow a child from using the wifi while allowing my other children. This way I can enforce screen limits automatically through a cron job. I could also make it device dependent to allow school computers but not tablets, etc, but I still need to enforce curfews.
