I have a Netgear R7450 as main router (192.168.1.1) with a wrt3200(192.168.2.1) as an ap with dd wrt (r440048) running Wireguard. I have a amazon recast on the 3200 as well as all fire sticks. It plays well but If I go back to the Netgear on firesticks, I can’t view anything on the Fire sticks from the recast because it’s on a different network.

Is there a way to allow use of the amazon recast on both networks or some kind of pass thru?

Thanks in advance for any input

Ok I’ve been reading and it looks like I need to make a lan to lan between the two to keep everything on the same network. I’ve tried this by attempting to change the IP address of 3200 (made it 192.168.1.5) to that of the Netgear router (192.16.1.1) And disabled DHCP on the 3200. I made sure the Ethernet was plugged into a lan port of the 3200 not the wan. This doesn’t work and also can’t access the web GUI of the 3200 Forcing me to reset and restore config.

Am I missing some steps or do I need to create a bridge between routers or something? I just want to use my 3200 (vpn for Firesticks via Wireguard tunnel) while being able to use my amazon recast which is on the Netgear router as the recast and firesticks must be on the same network.

Any help in the right direction would be greatly appreciated
