I am not even sure about that, should it not only contain the upstream DNS servers?
The resolv.conf should contain the routers IP address (if DNSMasq is active) and it does, I made a ticket:

You F-Ing broke Ignore WAN DNS well that's magical! Should learn your routers software, and settings instead of getting BS to fix DNS to your needs. It works as intended.
