I've already emailed the developer. So, no dmesg or syslog output, only serial? Have you tried accessing web interface, ssh, telnet?

i must connect rb1000 to serial port to PC, and then i cannot access the internet, but i do it today or tomorrow (send logs from dmesg and syslog)
in my previous message i send log from dmesg

maybe i will install oldest firmware and then from www make upgrade to last one (webupgrade.bin)

after update from www:
DD-WRT kern.info kernel: [ 1051.884108] openvpnserver[5427]: unhandled signal 4 at 48161fe4 nip 48161fe4 lr 48161fb0 code 30001
same shit ...

update from oldest firmware is ok and work but still it shows Firmware: DD-WRT v3.0-r43397 std (06/13/20)
openvpn still dont work

The debug information is likely in the serial console output. If you are flashing by command line via ssh/telnet, it should tell you if the image is too big. I guess I have to repeat myself until I am blue in the face and am on the verge of dying. Rolling Eyes

On a CF card, you have to re-flash the CF card manually, you don't upgrade via webUI or any other method AFAIK...

Have you flashed any other revision newer than 45955, or is that what you are saying - that all builds newer than that are broken?

I don't know how you are flashing this device, but it is always best to use the original instructions:

https://forum.dd-wrt.com/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?t=86665

https://wiki.dd-wrt.com/wiki/index.php/X86

You must remain proactive in this thread if I contact the developer again.

Without any logs, we won't know what's broken or what needs to be fixed.
