Where do I find stable r6400 download

I only see betas but it says not to use and the others are old

All current builds are released as "beta", it is all work in process. I'd go with https://forum.dd-wrt.com/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?t=325537 as it seems okay for most people reporting.

This firmware has been in "beta" since 2008. The only "non-beta" images I know of besides those in the "stable" folder are customer downloads and the alpha test images.

Questions like these in the OP are a problem. There is no 100% bona-fide answer to it.
