DON'T use Chromium-based browsersRTFM/STFW - TL;DR is NOT an excuse. • Why Should I Care What Color the Bikeshed Is?

It does echoes my input. But on the terminal just appear "▒"
What should appear on the screen if it echo my input? if i press "a" it should respond "a"?

Also it stops in "Kernel panic - not syncing: VFS: Unable to mount root fs on unknown-block(31,2)", it doesn't reboot again.

Check this setting in PuTTY if you are using 0.73:

Code:
Window > Translation > "Enable VT100 line drawing even in UTF-8 mode".

That should solve your garbled text.
