I don't think 0.0.0.0/0 is a valid source net address, some references say it is, other's specify without the /0. And you should do one or the other, not both range and simple forwarding (and triggering). You can also try "Both" instead of separate forwards for TCP and UDP.
I tried leaving it empty "net source" but nothing works, it still does not work. Same for "both" it does not work. I don't understand where it came from.
